Disability Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE)
The Disability Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) certification is granted to businesses that:
(1) are at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by a Person living with a Disability;
(2) the business owner must have a UK or Irish citizenship or have an indefinite leave to remain the UK or any other visa that leads to the indefinite leave to remain status;
(3) the business must be a profit for enterprise and physically located in the UK (i.e. registered at Companies House).
